FX Sales Retention Agent (Mandarin)

About the role

We are seeking a Mandarin‑speaking FX Sales Retention Agent to join a fast‑growing forex brokerage in Dubai. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, converting high‑quality leads into active traders, and driving revenue through upselling and cross‑selling of FX and CFD products.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s FX and CFD offerings to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships to increase client retention and account growth.
• Convert qualified leads into loyal trading customers.
• Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across client portfolios.
• Deliver consistent, high‑level customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Stay informed on market conditions, product updates, and trading platforms.
• Achieve defined sales and retention targets on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in the FX & CFD industry, preferably in a retention or sales role.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent numerical and analytical thinking.
• Experience working with international brokerage teams.

Required skills

• CRM systems proficiency.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial market concepts.
