General Manager – Luxury Hotel (Dubai, Palm Jumeirah)

About the role

The General Manager is the strategic and operational leader of The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, fostering a high‑performance culture, and upholding the iconic St. Regis brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel operations, developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and brand positioning.
• Lead all operational departments—including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering, Security, and Guest Services—ensuring flawless execution of St. Regis luxury service standards.
• Champion a culture of personalized, anticipatory service, building strong relationships with VIP guests, travel advisors, and key accounts.
• Deliver budgeted revenues, GOP, EBITDA and other financial targets through effective revenue management, cost controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain the highest levels of safety, compliance, and risk management while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience as a General Manager within a luxury hotel environment.
• Progressive hospitality leadership experience with significant operational responsibility.
• Proven track record with internationally recognized luxury hospitality brands.
• Strong background in hotel operations, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage or Resort Operations.
• Experience managing complex luxury hotels with significant revenue streams; Middle‑East or international luxury market experience preferred.
