JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking a General Manager to lead its Prime68 and Vault outlets. The role involves overseeing operations, driving business performance and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a 5‑star hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take an entrepreneurial approach to driving the restaurant business.
• Understand and manage financial operations of the outlets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food & beverage, culinary or related area, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with 2 years experience.
