Restaurant Supervisor – Premium Casual Dining

About the role

We are a fast‑growing hospitality operator in the United Arab Emirates, delivering high‑energy dining experiences across premium casual and quick‑service formats. As a Restaurant Supervisor you will lead daily front‑of‑house and kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, shift scheduling, and floor management.
• Train, mentor and coach front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to meet service standards, safety compliance and brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory, control waste and assist in daily P&L tracking of sales, labour and cost metrics.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to protect brand reputation and enhance loyalty.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP and UAE municipal standards.
• Collaborate with management on promotions, staff recognition programmes and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising restaurant operations in the UAE or similar market.
• Strong knowledge of UAE municipal licensing processes and food safety regulations.
• Ability to manage inventory, control waste and track profit & loss.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
