Barista – Full-time Coffee & Beverage Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our team at FLAVE by Chef Wali in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site position focuses on delivering high-quality coffee and beverages while supporting the overall dining experience. You will collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to exacting standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation and plating as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system when required.

Required profile

• Strong customer-service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards.
