General Manager – Upscale Hotel (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a visionary General Manager to lead an upscale hotel in the heart of Dubai. The role combines strategic asset management, commercial leadership, and operational excellence to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand reputation in a highly competitive luxury market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies to grow RevPAR and maximize GOP.
• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring flawless service delivery and guest experience.
• Manage complex distribution channels and pricing structures.
• Provide transparent reporting to owners and protect asset value.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and multicultural staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, local partners, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or high‑performing Resident Manager/EAM in the UAE/GCC luxury or upscale market.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering strong financial results and high guest satisfaction scores.
• Exceptional executive presence, presentation skills, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to inspire and manage an international workforce.
