General Recreation Ambassador – Kids Club

About the role
The General Recreation Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences within Emaar’s hotels in Dubai. The role supervises and conducts indoor and outdoor children’s activities throughout the year, ensuring that the kids club meets the highest EHG standards and that every guest leaves as a happy fan.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all operational tasks are performed in line with service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra (s)mile to delight guests and support the kids club team.
- Prevent guest complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
- Pro‑actively communicate with fellow ambassadors, always keeping guest interests at heart.
- Supervise indoor and outdoor children’s activities, maintaining safety and quality.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum one‑year experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
