Graduate Engineer – Nuclear Business

About the role

AtkinsRealis is seeking an Emirati Graduate Engineer to join its growing Nuclear Business in Abu Dhabi. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates exposure to nuclear energy, conventional power generation, clean‑energy technologies, and engineering consultancy while benefiting from structured training and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering and project teams in delivering nuclear, energy, and infrastructure projects.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.
• Participate in engineering studies, feasibility assessments, technical evaluations, and design reviews.
• Support project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and performance monitoring activities.
• Help ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to project coordination and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, audits, and technical meetings as required.
• Assist in preparing presentations, progress reports, technical submissions, and client deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong academic performance and genuine interest in the energy sector.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
