Graduate HR Operations – People Team

About the role

We are seeking a curious and ambitious graduate to join our People team in Dubai, working within HR Operations. You will gain hands‑on experience across the employee lifecycle, from pre‑onboarding to HR data management, while actively looking for ways to improve and automate our processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre‑onboarding and onboarding activities, preparing documentation and coordinating with IT, Finance and other functions.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and handle lifecycle changes.
• Respond to employee queries, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
• Assist with HR reporting, trackers and data requirements.
• Identify repetitive or manual tasks, propose simplifications or automation, and help implement improved workflows.
• Document updated processes to ensure clarity and consistency.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources and operations.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to question existing processes.
• Proactive attitude, able to take ownership of tasks and see them through.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
