Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Site Supervision

About the role

AECOM is seeking a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate to join its Abu Dhabi team, supporting the design, analysis and supervision of mechanical systems on infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
• Conduct technical analysis, simulations and calculations to optimise performance.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (2025‑2026 graduates).
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent).
• UAE national with a family book, as required by local regulations.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Ability to perform technical analysis and simulations.
• Strong calculation and data‑analysis capabilities.
