Graduate Surveyor – Residential Valuations

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join our residential valuations team in Dubai. You will work on a diverse portfolio of property valuations for banks, private wealth clients, corporations and government entities, supporting loan security and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuations for land, apartments, villas and assets under construction, from inspection to final report.
• Prepare valuation analyses, client presentations and written reports.
• Gather market data from internal and external sources and maintain valuation databases.
• Collaborate with research, valuation and other departments to provide market intelligence.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to promote the firm’s capabilities and generate new business.
• Manage multiple assignments, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Support the team in achieving departmental targets and attend networking and CPD events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum two years of valuation experience in the UAE real‑estate market, including at least one year in residential valuations.
• Planning to commence or currently pursuing the APC towards AssocRICS or MRICS qualification.
• RERA Registered Valuer status is highly desirable.
