About the role
Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is launching its National Graduate Training Programme, an 18‑month development pathway designed to prepare high‑potential UAE nationals for first‑line supervisory roles within the aluminium industry.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a one‑month familiarisation in the designated department to understand its functions and main responsibilities.
- Undertake on‑the‑job training for the remaining period focused on the target supervisory position.
- Participate in technical skills development and management/leadership competency programmes.
- Work with an assigned mentor and attend regular progress‑review meetings.
Required profile
- UAE national holding a family book.
- Maximum of 3 years experience; fresh graduates are preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics).
