About the role

The Voyage of Discovery graduate program is designed for ambitious Emirati graduates who want to build a career in the global maritime industry. As a Graduate Trainee you will rotate across key business clusters, receive on‑the‑job training and attend formal learning sessions to develop the competencies required for future roles within AD Ports Group.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on‑the‑job training across maritime, logistics, engineering, finance, IT and environmental projects.
• Complete rotations within different clusters to gain cross‑functional exposure.
• Attend structured classroom sessions and workshops covering core competencies, professional conduct and emotional intelligence.
• Contribute to team projects, support operational tasks and assist senior staff in daily activities.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid family book.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Maximum age of 26 years at the time of application.
• Completion of mandatory national service for male candidates.
