Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will handle all creative and branding needs for Tech First Gulf across digital marketing, events, webinars, social media, websites, and partner campaigns. This position blends graphic design, video editing, UI/UX support, and marketing coordination to ensure consistent visual communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, invitations, emailers, standees and other marketing collaterals.
• Create branding materials for exhibitions, launches, webinars and partner events, including roll‑up banners and backdrops.
• Edit videos for events, campaigns, webinars and corporate activities, producing teasers, highlights, reels and motion graphics.
• Manage social media creative assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and coordinate campaign visuals.
• Support webinar preparation with registration banners, presentations and event branding.
• Update website landing pages, campaign pages and assist with UI/UX design for microsites.
• Maintain and upload creative assets on Zoho platforms and ensure internal branding consistency.
• Prepare event post‑reports, corporate presentations, sales decks and other visual reports.
• Collaborate with vendors, printers and event agencies to deliver timely creative deliverables for GITEX, roadshows and customer events.

Required profile

• Strong creativity with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to translate marketing briefs into impactful visual concepts.
• Excellent time‑management skills and capacity to handle multiple deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with ownership of end‑to‑end creative delivery.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment.
