Lead Designer

About the role

IC Markets Global is seeking a Lead Designer to shape and evolve the visual identity of its global brand. The role will drive the creation of high‑impact assets across digital, social, event and print channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience for traders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and rollout of brand identity systems across all touchpoints.
• Design visual assets, landing pages and digital interfaces that align with brand vision and marketing goals.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, templates and guidelines for global consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and content teams to translate ideas into creative solutions.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to internal designers and external vendors.
• Ensure all designs comply with brand, regulatory and technical standards.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in brand, digital or UI/UX design, preferably in fintech or technology‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing external agencies or freelance designers is a plus.
