Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team and produce visual and video content for our real‑estate brands. The role spans social media, digital advertising, property marketing, events and performance marketing, requiring both static and short‑form video deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media posts, carousels, stories, banners and digital ads for platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Design property brochures, flyers, presentations, project profiles and other marketing collateral.
• Adapt creatives into multiple formats and dimensions for various placements and A/B testing.
• Edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts and Meta video ads, adding hooks, transitions, text animations, subtitles and motion graphics.
• Produce property walkthroughs, project videos, interviews, podcasts and event footage, repurposing long‑form content into short‑form pieces.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and broader marketing teams to align creatives with campaign objectives and lead‑generation goals.
• Monitor social media trends and leverage AI tools to accelerate content production while maintaining premium, luxury‑looking quality.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably within real‑estate, luxury, hospitality or similar premium consumer‑facing industries.
• Ability to take a brief from concept through to final platform‑ready assets without needing separate specialists.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.
