Group Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Group Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial strategy of a fast‑growing, diversified DeFi education and services group based in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape valuation, reporting, and fund infrastructure to maximise the group’s market value.

Key responsibilities

• Build a sum‑of‑the‑parts valuation framework for each business unit with defensible methodology and comparables.
• Structure entities to maximise individual multiples and optimise the overall group valuation.
• Transform founder‑run reporting into institutional‑grade financial statements ready for quality‑of‑earnings reviews and due diligence.
• Prepare the group for early market exposure, translating buyer feedback into operational improvements.
• Develop the equity story and investor‑facing materials, and manage the fundraising process alongside the CEO and advisers.
• Design group‑level employee incentive architecture aligned with transaction goals.
• Establish the regulated investment fund and its investor‑relations, NAV calculation, and compliance infrastructure.
• Protect and enhance the cash‑engine economics while the above initiatives are executed.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience in high‑growth, multi‑business environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build valuation models and structure complex corporate entities.
• Experience delivering institutional‑grade financial reporting and supporting due‑diligence processes.
• Track record of preparing equity stories and managing fundraising or M&A transactions.
• Knowledge of regulated fund setup and investor‑relations infrastructure.
