Growth Marketing Manager - MENA

About the role

iHerb is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for the MENA region to lead paid acquisition and performance media initiatives across key markets. Based in Dubai with a hybrid work mode, you will drive customer acquisition, improve ROAS, and enhance measurement frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑funnel paid media process, from strategy to hands‑on execution.
• Set up, traffic, and daily‑optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and regional platforms.
• Develop budget allocation strategies and monitor performance against KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and payback period.
• Conduct creative testing, incrementality measurement, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align media plans with overall growth objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in performance/paid media marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing large advertising budgets.
• Proven ability to adapt strategies across diverse MENA markets.
• Hands‑on, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.
