About the role
First impressions are everything at Le Méridien. As a Guest Arrival Expert – Bellman you will welcome guests on arrival and ensure a smooth, memorable departure, providing personalized service throughout their stay. You will be empowered to move throughout the property, respond promptly to guest needs, and contribute to a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through arrival and departure processes, handling operational needs and guest requests.
- Prepare and deliver reports, share local area highlights, and maintain a safe, professional environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 50 lb unaided, over 75 lb with assistance), and arranging objects to support guest experiences.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Commitment to company policies, confidentiality, uniform standards, and a professional appearance.
