About the role
The Guest Arrival Expert – Doorman creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests. Working on Palm Jumeirah, you will guide arrivals and departures, ensuring every interaction feels personal and seamless.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with departure, delivering a warm, professional experience.
- Process operational needs such as luggage handling, key delivery, and room orientation.
- Address guest requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Complete daily reports and log guest interactions as required.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided; handle items over 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
