About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert – Doorman creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests. Working on Palm Jumeirah, you will guide arrivals and departures, ensuring every interaction feels personal and seamless.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with departure, delivering a warm, professional experience.
• Process operational needs such as luggage handling, key delivery, and room orientation.
• Address guest requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Complete daily reports and log guest interactions as required.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided; handle items over 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
