About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, personalized stays for guests throughout their visit, going beyond simple check‑in and check‑out. You will guide guests through every moment of their stay, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with the signature St. Regis service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services, from processing operational requests to addressing guest inquiries and personalising experiences.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on guest interactions and service outcomes.
- Promote local attractions, providing tailored recommendations that enhance the guest’s stay.
- Maintain a safe, professional appearance and uphold brand standards while moving throughout the property.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury hotel operations.
- Physical ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 10 lb for extended periods.
