Guest Relations Manager

About the role

The Guest Relations Manager will be the first point of contact for visitors and partners at our Abu Dhabi office. Working part‑time in a hybrid model, you will ensure every guest receives a professional, welcoming and inclusive experience, whether they arrive in person, call, or email.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, manage check‑in procedures and provide clear information about facilities and services.
• Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including room bookings, catering and technical requirements.
• Handle guest inquiries via email, phone and face‑to‑face, resolving issues promptly and following up on feedback.
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage a visitor‑management system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support workshops, delegations and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of service standards.
• Assist in training team members on best practices for guest experience and communication.

Required profile

• Strong guest‑facing and customer‑service background, preferably in hospitality, front office or event coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven commitment to customer satisfaction and experience improvement.
• Experience training or coaching staff on service standards.
• Organised, able to manage multiple requests and schedules simultaneously.
• Professional, inclusive and culturally sensitive approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM or visitor‑management software.
