Hard FM Services Supervisor

About the role

The Hard FM Services Supervisor leads a technical team to deliver facility services that meet client quality standards, technical specifications, and budgetary constraints. This role ensures safe, efficient operations across assigned sites while coordinating with the Facilities Manager and EHS team.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce operational procedures, policies, and standards, taking corrective action when needed.
• Provide technical supervision to ensure tasks meet required standards.
• Implement and monitor Health and Safety procedures on site.
• Identify site risks and report them to the EHS team.
• Coordinate site teams to guarantee service coverage and quality.
• Evaluate team performance and support development aligned with company reviews.
• Recommend technical support and maintenance solutions to the Facilities Manager.
• Prepare and consolidate service and technical reports.
• Update technical documentation for reliable site information.
• Suggest HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and general improvements to increase efficiency.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Oversee contractor work quality and timing.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in technical building services or a similar role, with full responsibility for quality, budget, and service delivery.
