Head Mixologist

About the role

The Head Mixologist will lead beverage operations at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, delivering world‑class beverage experiences that reflect Anantara’s luxury standards. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will ensure compliance with all food‑and‑beverage policies while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of beverage operations, including policy implementation, compliance with local beverage laws, and hands‑on supervision.
• Control inventory through perpetual counts, days‑on‑hand analysis, pars, portion control, and cost monitoring.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports, beverage potentials, and financial statements to meet budgetary targets.
• Develop menus, promotions, and pricing strategies aligned with brand standards.
• Lead, train, and schedule the beverage team, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and empower staff to deliver exceptional service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior beverage or mixology management within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong understanding of beverage laws, cost control, and inventory management.
• Ability to analyse financial data and drive results against budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest‑service orientation.
