Head Nurse – HealthHub Clinic, Jumeirah Village Circle

About the role

Lead a high‑performing nursing team at one of Dubai’s fastest‑growing community clinics. The Head Nurse provides clinical leadership, operational oversight and day‑to‑day management of the nursing team while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a multidisciplinary nursing team, manage staffing, scheduling and workflow planning.
• Ensure safe, evidence‑based nursing care, support physicians during consultations and procedures, and maintain compliance with DHA regulations and infection‑control standards.
• Oversee medication management, documentation, quality‑assurance activities and monitor clinical KPIs.
• Deliver excellent patient experiences, support chronic disease management, health education and respond to clinical incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promote a collaborative clinical culture and support recruitment, onboarding and training of staff.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager, etc.).
• Previous experience in UAE healthcare settings and familiarity with nursing rosters and clinic operations.
• Mandatory BLS certification; ACLS and/or PALS desirable.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Computer literacy.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification (desirable).
• PALS certification (desirable).
