Head of After Sales – Commercial Vehicles (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of After Sales to lead the complete after‑sales function for our commercial vehicle business in Dubai. The role will drive service excellence, parts revenue, and customer satisfaction across a network of workshops and service centres.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service, spare‑parts, parts sales and customer support for HCV/trucks.
• Develop and execute an after‑sales strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee workshops, service centres, field service and technical support operations.
• Ensure high vehicle uptime through preventive maintenance, breakdown support and timely service delivery.
• Manage parts planning, procurement, inventory, pricing, availability and distribution.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, cost control and overall after‑sales performance.
• Build and expand service and parts networks to improve market coverage.
• Set and track KPIs such as workshop productivity, turnaround time, first‑time fix rate, parts fill rate and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, warranty and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Drive warranty management, technical claims and service campaigns.
• Develop AMC contracts and other retention initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop service managers, workshop teams and parts personnel.

Required profile

• Minimum 14 years of experience in after‑sales for heavy commercial vehicles or trucks.
• Proven track record in service operations, workshop management and parts logistics.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, warranty and technical departments.
