Senior Production Assembler

About the role

The Senior Production Assembler will carry out complex mechanical assembly activities on the Final Assembly Line for propulsion systems and aerospace components, ensuring high‑quality production execution and compliance with engineering drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical assembly, integration, fit‑up, alignment, torqueing and dimensional verification for engines and aerospace parts.
• Support Final Assembly Line production targets, troubleshoot non‑conformities and assist with lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Use and maintain torque, pneumatic and measuring tools, as well as lifting equipment, ensuring calibration.
• Follow SOPs, record production data, support inspections and maintain 5S‑compliant workstations.
• Provide guidance to junior assemblers, assist supervisors and promote a strong quality culture.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Aerospace Manufacturing or related field.
• 5–8 years of assembly experience, preferably in propulsion systems or final‑assembly‑line environments.

Required skills

• Mechanical assembly and fitting, reading engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Use of torque tools, pneumatic tools, measuring instruments and lifting equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical tolerances, assembly sequences and quality inspection practices.
• Basic SAP / MES / ERP familiarity.
