Head Of Aftersales

About the role

Al Ghurair is seeking a dynamic Head of Aftersales to lead its service and parts operations across the UAE. Reporting to senior management, you will shape the strategic direction of the aftersales function, drive profitability, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national aftersales strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Plan, launch, and monitor workshop performance, budgets, and targets.
• Ensure warehouse and service operations comply with dealership guidelines and ESMA standards.
• Coordinate with marketing to run service and parts campaigns for new and existing customers.
• Manage fleet contracts, insurance company accounts, and retail customer service delivery.
• Lead a team of aftersales professionals, providing training, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze data and feedback surveys to enhance service quality and customer loyalty.
• Oversee warranty administration, claims management, and parts inventory control.
• Identify and introduce new revenue streams, including electric‑vehicle services.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in automotive aftersales or related service environments.
• Strong track record of strategic planning, budget management, and achieving profitability targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Experience managing large teams and driving process improvements.
