Head of Agentic AI

About the role

The Head of Agentic AI will lead the adoption of artificial intelligence across a fast‑growing financial services group. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the bridge between business units and technology teams to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business‑facing contact for all AI and technology requests, translating them into prioritized projects.
• Design and run an AI literacy and adoption programme that drives measurable outcomes and sustainable change.
• Own internal product management for AI solutions, aligning them with strategic business priorities.
• Partner with business units and portfolio companies to implement AI‑enabled capabilities and operational improvements.
• Manage AI agents and specialist vendors, ensuring delivery, quality, and business value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate business or technology qualification preferred.
• Proven experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Track record of leading organisational change, adoption programmes, and technology transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritisation abilities.
• Recent hands‑on experience with AI tools, automation technologies, and AI‑powered agents.
