Customer Experience Associate / Simulator Technician

About the role

Racecraft Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Associate / Simulator Technician to keep its racing simulators operating at peak performance while delivering a first‑class experience to every guest. The role blends hands‑on technical work with guest interaction, administration and support for commercial growth, primarily at the Yas Island facility with occasional travel to off‑site events.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain racing simulators, ensuring reliability and optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, sourcing repairs, replacements and upgrades as needed.
• Prepare and pack equipment for off‑site events, supporting setup and teardown on location.
• Assist guests during sessions, providing clear guidance and a smooth, professional experience.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, stock and maintenance activities.
• Handle day‑to‑day administration, reporting on operations, bookings and performance.
• Support client enquiries, bookings and deals, turning interest into confirmed experiences and building strong relationships.
• Identify upsell opportunities that add real value to the guest experience.

Required profile

• Trustworthy, teachable and dependable with high integrity.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude toward improvement.
• Genuine interest in racing, esports or gaming.
• Minimum college‑level education; a completed degree is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and travel for events.
