Head of Client Experience & Treatment (MEIAT)

About the role

The Head of Client Experience & Treatment will shape and execute Cartier’s regional strategy across the Middle East, India, Africa and Türkiye. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure every client interaction reflects the Maison’s standards of excellence, hospitality and personalization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and roll out the regional Client Experience roadmap across all touchpoints, from boutique hospitality to digital channels.
• Design and launch experiential programmes and gifting initiatives that reinforce Cartier’s identity and deepen client loyalty.
• Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, CRM, Marketing & Communications, High‑End and HQ teams to deliver seamless, omnichannel experiences.
• Develop regional guidelines, best‑practice manuals and performance indicators to monitor client satisfaction and treatment quality.
• Analyse client insights, KPIs and boutique feedback to continuously optimise strategies and drive innovation.
• Lead a high‑performing team, fostering a client‑centric culture and sharing best practices across markets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury retail, hospitality or client experience management.
• Strong track record of translating global brand vision into locally relevant initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret CRM insights and performance metrics.
