About the role

Creators HQ is seeking a visionary Head of Global Platforms to shape and execute its worldwide platform partnership strategy. You will lead relationships with major social media platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat, driving collaborative initiatives that accelerate growth in the creator economy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global partnership strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead negotiations and manage ongoing relationships with major social media platforms worldwide.
• Monitor ecosystem trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with programming, marketing, creator relations, and operations teams to integrate platform partnerships.
• Drive cross‑departmental initiatives that leverage platform collaborations.
• Establish KPIs, report performance to senior leadership, and use data‑driven insights to optimize engagement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or senior leadership within digital media, social platforms, or the creator economy.
• Proven track record managing relationships with major social media platforms.
• Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and complex projects.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
