Head of Growth Marketing

About the role

The Head of Growth Marketing will lead patient acquisition across multiple markets, starting with the UAE and UK and later expanding to the US. Reporting directly to the founders, this senior leader will translate the founders' vision into a data‑driven growth engine that moves prospects from the first digital impression to a booked appointment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end growth marketing function for all operating markets, setting top‑line growth targets and aligning spend with revenue.
• Develop and execute scalable, data‑driven strategies on Meta, Google, TikTok and SEO to continuously lower CAC and increase patient volume.
• Build the tracking and measurement foundation, including first‑party data capture and server‑side tracking, to enable fast, defensible decisions.
• Design and maintain a lead‑scoring model that prioritises high‑intent patients for budget allocation.
• Collaborate with medical, product, tech and finance teams to ensure clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, optimal digital patient journeys and sound unit economics.
• Lead, grow and mentor the growth marketing team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain regular alignment cadence with founders and senior stakeholders to keep growth priorities, budget and resources in sync.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in a multi‑country, regulated environment.
• Strong track record of scaling patient or consumer acquisition while managing CAC and ROI.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with clinical, product, technology and finance teams.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable, data‑driven roadmaps.
