About the role
We are seeking an experienced Emirati professional to lead the Human Resources function for a leading financial company headquartered in Singapore, with the role based in Dubai. This senior position will shape HR strategy, drive talent initiatives, and ensure compliance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compensation frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and international standards.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational culture and change initiatives.
Required profile
- Emirati national with valid nationality proof.
- 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience in the financial sector.
- Post‑qualified HR professional.
- Excellent communication skills.
