Head of Integrated Marketing Services

About the role

Dubai Airports is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies for the airport and its brands. Reporting to the Strategy & Development function, you will ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging across all channels and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with brand strategy and corporate priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive, multi‑channel campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets while maintaining strong governance and documentation.
• Engage stakeholders across the organization, align objectives, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare performance reports and insights for senior leadership, highlighting outcomes and recommendations.
• Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 7‑10 years in integrated marketing and communications roles.
• Background in creative agencies, marketing environments, aviation or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop multi‑channel strategies, manage brands, and measure performance.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and senior‑level influencing skills.
• Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external partners on complex initiatives.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities and a data‑driven mindset.
