Head of Marketing

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead all marketing activities for Roasters Specialty Coffee House in Dubai. This senior, full‑time position is responsible for shaping brand positioning, driving customer acquisition and fostering loyalty across both digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns.
• Supervise market research to gather insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints.
• Lead public‑relations efforts, including media outreach and brand storytelling.
• Manage external agencies and strategic partners.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimise marketing spend.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing plans support overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in market planning and marketing management.
• Strong market‑research capabilities and ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams on promotional activities.
• Background in public relations, media outreach and reputation management.
• Leadership experience managing marketing teams, agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage or lifestyle brands, preferably within the GCC region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
