Head of Marketing (Luxury Consumer Goods)

About the role

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to own the end‑to‑end marketing agenda for a fast‑growing luxury consumer goods business in Dubai. The role combines strategic brand stewardship with performance‑driven execution across digital, retail, and partnership channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a holistic marketing strategy covering brand, product, digital, PR/communications, partnerships and campaign planning.
• Lead brand positioning and storytelling to ensure a consistent premium experience across all touchpoints.
• Drive the marketing calendar, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, collaborations, events, influencer activities and key e‑commerce moments.
• Oversee digital and performance marketing, balancing luxury equity with commercial metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion and retention.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Retail, E‑commerce and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
• Manage budgets, agencies, suppliers and internal resources; set KPIs, reporting frameworks and governance.
• Leverage data, market intelligence and consumer insights to continuously improve campaign performance while preserving the luxury standard.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level marketing experience within luxury consumer goods (beauty, fragrance, fashion, accessories, premium FMCG or similar).
• Strong expertise in brand building, premium positioning and understanding of luxury customer behaviour.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of linking marketing activities to growth, sell‑through and revenue outcomes.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external agencies in a fast‑paced environment.
