Head of Marketing – Luxury Fragrance & Beauty

About the role

Our client is a Dubai‑based luxury scent brand founded and run by women. They create signature fragrance collections from a dedicated atelier and operate flagship and pop‑up locations across the city. The Head of Marketing will translate the Founder/Creative Director’s vision into actionable, revenue‑driving marketing plans while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual and monthly marketing strategy and calendar.
• Lead product launches, campaigns and seasonal activations across digital and physical channels.
• Oversee social media, content creation, community building, PR, influencer and partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate external agencies, creators and suppliers to ensure brand alignment.
• Work closely with Sales to align marketing activities with commercial objectives and support retail, gifting and e‑commerce growth.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor KPIs, analyse performance and recommend improvements.
• Lead and mentor the Marketing Coordinator and Senior Graphic Designer.
• Present regular marketing reports and recommendations to the Founder.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of marketing experience, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and experience in fragrance, beauty, fashion, hospitality or premium lifestyle sectors.
• Commercially aware with a solid grasp of customer acquisition and conversion.
• Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing hands‑on tasks.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
