Head of Product

About the role

Pakt is an AI‑native hiring platform that automates sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessment. As Head of Product you will own the vision, strategy and execution of the product suite, ensuring it meets business goals and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for the AI Recruiter, ATS and related tools.
• Gather market intelligence, user feedback and data to prioritize features and experiments.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, sales and customer success to deliver user‑centric solutions.
• Track product performance metrics, run A/B tests and iterate based on evidence‑based insights.
• Mentor and coach product managers, establishing best practices in discovery and delivery.
• Represent the product function with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product strategy and end‑to‑end product lifecycles.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, define metrics and make evidence‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience in AI‑driven or HR‑tech environments is a plus.
