Head of Sales (Investments) – Equity & Hedge Funds

About the role

The company is seeking a senior Head of Sales to lead investment‑related revenue generation across equities and hedge‑fund products in Dubai. The role combines business development, client acquisition and team leadership within the wealth‑management and asset‑management space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for equities, hedge funds and broader investment solutions, targeting HNW/UHNW clients, family offices and institutional investors.
• Drive revenue growth, client acquisition, retention and cross‑selling while meeting defined profitability and forecasting targets.
• Lead, mentor and expand a high‑performing sales and advisory team, ensuring commercial performance and compliance.
• Identify new market segments, distribution channels and strategic partnerships to broaden the firm’s footprint.
• Collaborate with investment, compliance, risk, operations and finance functions to ensure sustainable, regulated growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in wealth management, asset management, private banking or investment advisory with a proven AED 40 M+ revenue track record.
• Established network of HNW/UHNW clients, family offices and institutional investors in the UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen covering budgeting, forecasting, P&L and cost management.
