Head of Sales – Levant & North Africa

About the role

Valvoline Global Operations is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead its commercial activities across the Levant and North Africa. Based in Dubai, the role requires frequent travel throughout the region to build and sustain market presence. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, expand channel coverage and strengthen distributor partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales performance for the Levant and North Africa, meeting revenue, volume and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with MEA growth objectives.
• Build and manage strong distributor relationships, ensuring alignment on pricing, promotions and channel strategies.
• Design and execute country‑specific go‑to‑market strategies, considering market maturity, channel dynamics and regulatory environments.
• Expand channel presence across retail, workshops, industrial and fleet segments and drive penetration of key product lines.
• Manage price positioning, discount structures and trade investments to optimise margins.
• Lead negotiations for contracts, joint business plans and promotional agreements.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance management for the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or a related field.
• Proven senior sales leadership experience in the Levant and/or North Africa region.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies and achieve growth targets.
• Strong understanding of distributor and channel management.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
