Head of Technology Risk, Compliance and Quality Assurance

About the role

The Head of Technology Risk, Compliance and Quality Assurance leads governance, risk, compliance, quality assurance and financial oversight within the Technology division, ensuring alignment with the enterprise risk appetite, regulatory requirements and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive technology risk management framework, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation and continuous monitoring.
• Govern the IT risk register, design control mechanisms and report Key Risk Indicators to senior leadership.
• Define and enforce security, configuration and regulatory compliance standards across all technology platforms.
• Develop and implement ITSM processes for Change, Release, Incident and Problem Management, and oversee related governance forums.
• Lead financial governance for the Technology division, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in technology risk, compliance and governance within a large enterprise or financial institution.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage relationships with business units and external auditors.
