Health & Safety Supervisor

About the role

The Health & Safety Supervisor will oversee and manage health and safety standards within Accor Hotels in Dubai, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. The role involves conducting regular inspections, delivering training, and handling safety incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through audits and inspections.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain safety training programs and records.
• Investigate accidents, prepare incident reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Implement and monitor health and safety programs, including equipment and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and submit required reports to regulatory bodies on time.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to integrate safety standards and provide advisory support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA preferred.
• 3–5 years of health and safety experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and excellent problem‑solving, communication, and training abilities.
