Heavy Lifting Supervisor – Oil & Gas Project (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Heavy Lifting Supervisor to join a high‑profile oil & gas project in Abu Dhabi. You will lead lifting and rigging activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all heavy lifting and rigging operations on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, LEEA/APLO guidelines and client specifications.
• Conduct risk assessments and method statements for each lift.
• Manage lifting crews, allocate tasks and monitor performance.
• Maintain accurate records of lifts, equipment inspections and incident reports.

Required profile

• 3‑Year Diploma or Engineering degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor, preferably in oil & gas.
• Good command of English for communication.
• Experience on large‑scale projects is preferred but not mandatory.
