Hindi AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a native Hindi speaker to help train next‑generation AI language models. As a Hindi AI Trainer you will provide high‑quality audio recordings, transcriptions and annotations that enable our models to understand and generate Hindi more accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Record clear, high‑quality audio samples in native Hindi.
• Transcribe and annotate speech data, capturing linguistic nuances and context.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to give feedback on AI training workflows.
• Review, analyse and improve existing speech datasets.
• Collect and organise real‑world speech data from diverse speakers and situations.
• Maintain strict standards for data quality, consistency and confidentiality.
• Communicate progress and insights through written and verbal reports.

Required profile

• Native proficiency in Hindi with excellent spoken and written skills.
• Demonstrated experience in audio transcription and annotation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to capture linguistic subtleties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with speech data collection processes and ability to follow detailed guidelines.
