About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Homeroom Teacher to join its Alrayana Charter School in Abu Dhabi starting August 2026. The role focuses on delivering inclusive, inspiring lessons that enable every child to make maximal progress while fostering strong relationships within the school community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements and cater to the full ability range of the class.
• Organise classroom resources, create displays and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assess and record student progress using the Target Tracker system and use data to inform future planning.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff and specialists such as speech‑language therapists and educational psychologists.
• Communicate regularly with parents to support children’s academic and personal wellbeing.
• Embed the Teacher and Learner DNA language and attitudes throughout the curriculum.
