About the role

As a Hostess in the Gastronomy department of Atlantis The Royal, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring a smooth flow of service throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the waiting list.
• Inform guests of estimated wait times and escort them to their tables.
• Maintain a tidy host station and coordinate with the service team.
• Provide courteous farewell to departing guests.
• Assist with guest inquiries and special requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
