About the role

Trump International Golf Club Dubai is seeking a Hostess to be the first point of contact for members and guests in its standalone dining outlets. The role involves greeting guests, managing reservations and ensuring a smooth, memorable dining experience in a high‑end, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, escort them to their tables and present menus with a courteous and professional attitude.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using the club’s booking system, providing accurate wait‑time information.
• Coordinate table turnover to maximise dining‑room efficiency, especially during busy periods or events.
• Communicate seating updates to servers and management while monitoring dining‑room and patio capacities.
• Assist with special requests such as dietary needs, accessible seating and large parties.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints gracefully, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming entrance, reception area and hostess stand at all times.
• Support patio and outdoor dining service during tournaments and major events.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a standalone F&B outlet (independent restaurant, fine dining or high‑end lounge).
• Full flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours during peak golf season.
• Well‑groomed, presentable and polished in line with club standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Calm, friendly demeanour and professionalism under pressure.
