Hostess – Restaurant Front of House

About the role

Join Hilton’s restaurant team in Ras Al Khaimah as a Hostess, where you will be the first point of contact for guests and help create memorable dining experiences. You will welcome visitors, manage seating, and support the service team during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the restaurant entrance.
• Handle reservations, walk‑ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests.
• Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and share information about menu items and promotions.
• Coordinate with the service team on table availability and guest requirements.
• Monitor guest flow to ensure smooth seating during peak times.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Recognise VIP and repeat guests, ensuring special occasions are acknowledged.
• Keep the reception/hostess area clean and organized.
• Assist the service team during peak periods to maintain high service standards.
